In the early 90’s, two mates united by the passion for good cooking and restaurants created what has become Bachini&Bellini catering the renowned Tuscany (and even more) catering service.
It has been an easy path from a Florentine Deli shop to a real catering service. And the same natural path has been the acquisition and consolidation of its prestigious and loyal public.

Continuous culinary research, staff training, research of new trends have allowed us over the years to meet the needs of an increasingly varied and demanding public.

In 2016, inspired by the continuous improvement, we’ve created the new headquarter in Fiesole, a 2400mq area with cooking laboratories with the most advanced facilities to respond to the most challenging needs of a various and demanding audience.
Not only cooking and pastry shop, stocking laundry and offices but a complete showroom and a restaurant with open-view kitchen, the pounding heart of our firm.
After more that 20 years, courtesy and quality are still our strength points.
